TripleTen•Georgia, GA

About The Position

TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. The company teaches beginners through cohort-based programs on its platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Its team is fully remote and globally distributed. The Lead Motion & Graphic Designer works in the Curriculum team to turn complex tech concepts into clear visual and interactive learning experiences and lead the team producing them. Approximately 80% of the role is hands-on design, motion, video, and interactive work, and 20% is team leadership. Curriculum visuals prioritize clarity, calm pacing, and accurate diagrams over flashy effects. The role involves creating graphics, animations, motion pieces, and explainer videos with Learning Experience Designers; setting visual and motion standards; mentoring designers and improving team processes; collaborating on shared libraries, AI-assisted workflows, and automation; prototyping interactive learning formats; editing and enhancing video with simple visual effects and sound design; and testing new formats using Claude Design and Claude Code.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in motion and graphic design.
  • A portfolio showing motion, graphic design, and visual storytelling, created with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers, or owning design standards and processes for a team.
  • English proficiency at B2 or higher, with confident written and spoken English for daily work in a remote, cross-functional team.

Nice To Haves

  • Interactive work in a portfolio and an understanding of how people read, scan, and interact with learning materials.
  • Hands-on use of Claude Design, Claude Code, or AI agents in Figma for prototyping.
  • Experience in ed-tech, e-learning, or instructional design.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics, animations, motion pieces, and explainer videos with Learning Experience Designers, from concept and storyboard through final edit.
  • Own visual and motion standards for curriculum content, including guidelines, templates, and reusable asset libraries.
  • Lead the design team through critiques, weekly planning, and retrospectives; mentor designers with regular, actionable feedback; and improve intake, reviews, and handoffs.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering on shared libraries, AI-assisted workflows, and automation of repetitive work.
  • Design clickable diagrams, simple simulations, and step-by-step visual explainers for the learning platform.
  • Edit and enhance video content, adding simple visual effects and sound design.
  • Test new video and interactive formats, using Claude Design and Claude Code to prototype faster.

Benefits

  • Real decision-making power in the role area, with trust in the employee’s expertise and no micromanagement.
  • Fully remote collaboration.
