About The Position

Join Atlanta Montessori International School-Cliff Valley as a Lead Montessori Elementary Lead Teacher! As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Montessori Certification Required
Bachelors Degree-Required
Prior experience with Elementary age Children Required
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
