This role involves completing volume-appropriate routes and maintaining awareness of facility clearances, including service, UTOs, same-day refusals, and ammonias. The Lead Mobile Phlebotomist will foster clear communication with dispatch, train new phlebotomists, attend facility start-up in-services, and conduct quarterly trunk checks. Responsibilities also include daily accounting for route sheets, staying updated on mileage entry in Datarrive, and making daily changes for next-day assignments. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with ordering supplies, closing orders, collecting centrifuge logs, and managing butterfly logs/usage if no other designee is appointed. The position requires cooperative work with various departments such as Laboratory Dispatch, Courier Dispatch, Couriers, Accessioning, Customer Service, and Data Entry.
