About The Position

We help homeowners restore their homes - and peace of mind - after unexpected damage. As a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, you’ll respond to properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage while helping guide and support team members on-site. This is a key role where you’ll provide leadership, deliver quality work, and support customers during challenging situations. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform and help oversee restoration work (e.g., water mitigation, board-up, mold remediation)
• Provide excellent customer service and support team members on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and ensure equipment is ready for use
• Assist with setting up equipment and preparing materials for removal or storage
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used on the job
• Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable as needed
• Support warehouse and facility tasks when required
• Assist with demolition of damaged materials
