About The Position

Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Lead Mission Assurance Engineer for our Plymouth, MN or Broomfield, CO location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective reliability and product safety engineering practices. In this position, you will lead and coordinate the reliability and product safety activities for assigned projects across multiple locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define reliability and product safety requirements and specifications, serving as a key communicator between various stakeholders to align on goals and expectations. Your expertise in reliability and product safety methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive plans and procedures that enhance product quality. Additionally, you will take an active role in mentoring and developing the other engineers within the larger organization, helping them to refine their technical skills and apply best practices in reliability and product safety engineering.
