About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) is the nation’s largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages, with operations in NC, SC, MD, & DE. This role assists the TSM (Territory Sales Manager) with Merchandiser coverage in two locations, leading, supporting, and monitoring 10 to 15 Merchandisers. The purpose of the job is to ensure proper stocking, rotation, and maintenance of product shelves and displays, communicate with store managers, and complete store surveys. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to constantly changing environments and solve problems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good driving habits.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Willing to travel during each shift back and forth to accounts.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Stocking product to shelves and displays, ensure proper rotation.
• Perform route rides and identify training/development needs.
• Communicate with store managers.
• Complete store surveys to confirm shelves, coolers, displays are built and maintained.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
