About The Position
Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Lead Mental Health Associate to cover 1st and 2nd shifts for one of our RTF units. The Lead Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing direct management of the patients and staff. They assist other members of the department in the execution of the treatment plan, adherence to schedule, providing a safe environment and thoughtful observations and documentation in caring for the patient.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting
