About The Position

A dedicated and customer-focused Lead Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task while ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. This role plays a key role in providing an exceptional patient experience by assisting with check-ins and check-outs, registering patients, managing wait times, and maintaining a warm and inviting reception area. The position involves delivering friendly and professional customer service via in-person interactions, phone calls, and messages, as well as gathering and verifying patient information, handling forms and payments, and supporting patients and providers by scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two years of medical receptionist experience preferred.
