About The Position

Come join our team as a full-time Lead Medical Assistant with BJC Medical Group in Family Medicine located in Wentzville, this is a rare opportunity to join a great team! Outpatient 40-Hours per week Day Shift Benefit Eligible NO CALL, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years experience
• < 2 years supervisor experience
• Cert/Reg in Area of Expertise

Nice To Haves

• 5-10 years experience
• 2-5 years supervisor experience
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory and tracking of medications and supplies.
• Ensures practice is in compliance with OSHA and all protocols/procedures in the delivery of patient care.
• Acts as MA clinical subject matter expert to assist practice management in oversight of coverage and daily patient operations.
• Monitors MA required training and certification records and ensures everyone is in compliance with HR.
• Performs triage of incoming escalated patient requests.
