When a truck is down, operations slow, customers wait, and costs climb. In this role, you keep critical equipment moving, diagnosing issues quickly, making reliable repairs, and getting drivers safely back on the road. Your work directly impacts uptime, safety, and the company’s ability to deliver on its commitments every day. In your first 30 days, you will learn the fleet, common failure points, and shop processes while shadowing experienced mechanics. You will complete preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles and document work accurately. You will begin handling straightforward repairs independently and join at least one roadside service call to understand expectations for response time, safety, and communication.
