Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent technical / vocational training.
8+ years of mechanic experience leading teams.
Ability to travel twice per year for projects at Uline’s North American facilities.
Strong ability to work independently, lead team efforts, mentor others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of maintenance mechanics and warehouse administrators, assigning and prioritizing work to maximize efficiency, productivity, and equipment uptime.
Manage part inventories, including ordering, receiving, and stocking spare parts.
Perform preventive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment and warehouse vehicles, such as forklifts.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Operations teams to optimize equipment performance.
