About The Position

Uptown Animal Hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington is seeking a Medical Director to lead their dedicated and client-centered team. Uptown Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited small animal hospital known for its warm, educational approach and commitment to preventative care. The modern facility includes digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, and a full surgical suite. As Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a supportive and talented medical team while still practicing medicine and surgery. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, supporting hospital growth, improving workflows, and fostering a positive team culture. You will partner closely with hospital leadership to help guide medical standards, team development, and overall hospital success while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
