About The Position

This self-directed, detail-oriented individual, as part of the Materials team, will be responsible for assisting the supervisor of the department, as well as orderly operation of the materials department. This includes guidance and training to team members, assists with workflow prioritization, ensures compliance with established procedures, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department. This position reports to the Materials Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficient math skills
  • Basic computer skills to perform computer-related transactions
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately.

  • Provide a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain
  • Perform physical inventories, as Machine, Assembly and other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Company management.
