This role assists with warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Support operational excellence by coordinating daily activities, maintaining accurate inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Guide and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives. Assist with warehouse processes including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials ranging from common supplies to sensitive scientific products, hazardous materials, and temperature-controlled items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of warehouse operations or manufacturing experience
  • Forklift training will be provided
  • Strong computer proficiency including warehouse management systems, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to guide and support team members on procedures and safety protocols
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in cGMP/GxP regulated environments preferred
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
