Lead Material Grinder
About The Position
· Will gather and grind any scrap plastic, or any sheets that have been returned for recycling. · Will keep track of type of plastic being ground and pounds of scrap processed per day. · Validate regrind material changeover via trier sampling in accordance to procedure. · Must always follow all of the safety rules all of the time. Must work in a safe and responsible manner, and promote the same in others. Help find unsafe conditions, correcting them if possible, reporting them if not. · Keep the plant and the immediate work area clean and orderly at all times. This includes the care and cleaning of all tools and equipment, and that everything used will be returned to its proper place. · Will be responsible for helping to insure all quality standards are maintained at all times. Will look for any product defects. · This position requires standing for long periods of time and some climbing up and down stairs. · Perform any other duties that are required for the satisfactory performance of the job.
