Requirements

Current state of Wisconsin Massage license required
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Three years experience in a luxury spa setting preferred
Prior supervisory experience, preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time
Expectation to teach and be an active Massage Therapist while also leading respective department
Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication
Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates
Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue.
When providing services, operate at or above expectations
Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles
Participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
