The role requires a strong background in CNC machining, process development, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment. The position works cross-functionally to qualify and improve processes, support production personnel, manage expenditures, and transition new products and processes into production. The role requires working the first shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
