About The Position

The Lead Manager-Dealer Committee Operations & Engagement serves as the primary coordinator and strategic advisor for International's Dealer Committee Framework. This role is responsible for facilitating collaboration between Dealer Principals, dealer representatives, committee co-chairs, and International business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, drive accountability, and improve dealer and customer outcomes across the network. The position leads the operational execution of multiple dealer committees and executive governance forums, ensuring alignment between dealer feedback, business priorities, strategic initiatives, and organizational objectives. The successful candidate will influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and help transform dealer insights into actionable business improvements. This role requires exceptional relationship management, communication, organizational leadership, and program management skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive meaningful results across the dealer network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project/program management experience OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience OR At least 5 years of project/program management experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational management and execution of International's Dealer Committee Framework.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple dealer committees, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for committee co-chairs, dealer representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Dealer Principals, dealers, and business leaders to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support committee governance processes, agendas, action items, decision tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives emerging from dealer committee recommendations and business priorities.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate resources and subject matter experts across Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing, Product Development, Quality, Digital, Finance, and Network Management.
  • Monitor initiative progress and ensure accountability for commitments and action items.
  • Identify risks, barriers, and dependencies and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop executive presentations, leadership updates, committee reports, and business reviews.
  • Prepare materials for Executive Dealer Committee meetings, leadership reviews, co-chair sessions, and dealer events.
  • Consolidate feedback from dealers and internal stakeholders into actionable business recommendations.
  • Facilitate productive discussions and consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Build trusted relationships with Dealer Principals, committee leaders, and senior leadership.
  • Analyze dealer feedback, customer experience metrics, survey results, and business performance trends.
  • Identify recurring themes and opportunities for operational improvements across the dealer network.
  • Support the development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of committee initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of dealer engagement processes, governance practices, and communication mechanisms.
