Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Nice To Haves

Trade school or certification in maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment and related systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, making necessary repairs or coordinating with external vendors.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including landscaping, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage and track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts.
Order necessary supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Provide regular reports on maintenance status to management.
