The Lead Neighbor Service Technician is responsible for all general apartment maintenance in order to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and to provide a quality living environment for our Neighbors. This role involves ensuring Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. The Lead Neighborhood Service Tech is responsible for the timely completion of all phases of apartment turnovers and troubleshooting/repairs of most major and all minor mechanical systems. They will also help with scheduling outside vendors, tracking budgets and financials, and perform administrative support duties for all maintenance related activities. As a lead, this individual enjoys mentoring others, providing guidance and leadership to their team, and helping the Neighborhood achieve their financial goals through managing costs and being resourceful. They lead by example, setting the standard for the team.
