About The Position

Responsibility of running day-to-day maintenance for the plant. This includes assigning work orders to maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with documented procedures, driving continuous improvement and professional development of the maintenance staff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or 10+ years of professional experience could be considered in lieu of education.
Knowledge and experience with production equipment and general maintenance practices.
Must have good problem solving, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedules and reviews preventative maintenance checks and keeps related records.
SAP maintenance management
Reviews all spare parts and shop supplies to ensure proper stock levels.
Trains, directs, develops, supervises, and evaluates maintenance team.
Responsible for installation and maintenance of equipment, tooling, facilities, etc.
Aids in troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipment.
Oversees work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Ensures departmental compliance with company policies, including safety and environmental regulations.
Ensures compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.
Ensures compliance with ISO14001 and IATF standards.
Keeps records, charts, and trends.
Performs special assignments as delegated.
