About The Position
Point North Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintaining grounds through snow removal, cleaning, and general maintenance of common areas. Providing residents with outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- HVAC certification and EPA certification
- Pay Rate: $30 per hour
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
