Lead Maintenance HVAC
About The Position
ParkVista Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in San Antonio, TX. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, maintaining snow removal, and cleaning/maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Providing residents with outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
