Lead Maintenance HVAC
About The Position
Stratton Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in Houston, TX. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, and maintaining snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. The Lead Maintenance HVAC will also be responsible for providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Pool (CPO) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
