About The Position
Tarantino Properties is now hiring a Lead Maintenance HVAC in Rainbow City, AL. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The position also includes preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements, maintaining grounds including snow removal and common area cleaning, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
- HVAC (EPA) Certification required
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
