Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Cell Lead located at our manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of machine conversion processes.

Responsibilities

Quickly addressing and resolving issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions, quality control problems, or safety concerns, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining production efficiency.
Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
Lead changeovers and setup equipment for different product sizes.
Troubleshoot, make adjustments, and make minor repairs for mechanical equipment.
Use of hand tools and fixing belts.
Work with QA team to ensure production meets QA standards.
Train new operators on equipment operation and minor adjustments.
Work on the line and will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment.
