Lead Low Voltage Security Technician
About The Position
National Network Services (NNS), an industry leader in the installation and support of Structured Cabling, Physical Security, Audio Visual, and DC power systems, is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Security Technician. NNS, which joined Ascension Property Services in 2020, is a nationwide group of specialty trade contractors committed to serving with loyalty, consistency, and expertise. This role reports to the project manager and is a field installation role. The ideal candidate will have one or more certifications in physical security systems and 5 years of commercial construction installation experience specifically related to physical security systems, including access control and video surveillance. Requirements
- 5 years commercial construction installation experience specifically related to physical Security systems including access control and video surveillance.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively work in computer-controlled Security environments.
- Maintain job material inventory.
- Maintain a clean professional appearance, professional integrity, and respect.
- Must submit to a full pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and actively participate in the installation of Security systems related to commercial environments, including education facilities.
- Layout and installation of access control systems including installation and termination of headend components.
- Planning, installing and wiring of video surveillance systems.
- Installation of intrusion systems in a commercial environment.
- Turn up and commission of Security systems.
- Provide post installation training to customers.
- Managing other technicians for a successful job completion.
- Participate in multiple projects at any given time.
- Engage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with field Employee recommendations for improvement.
