About The Position

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is dedicated to transforming the health care experience and providing access to world-class health care in America’s heartland. This fast-paced, customer service oriented role will work closely with department manager to conduct cycle counts, track backorders and address inventory issues. Shift is Monday-Friday, No weekends. Responsible for the daily inventory, receiving and distribution of supplies, equipment and/or instruments as directed by the department.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree, Business Management or related field or equivalent Inventory Management work experience or leadership experience.
• May require a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Procuring of rental equipment and invoicing as needed.
• Maintain inventory control procedures in order to maintain safety, quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with location of inventory in the department and throughout designated units.
• Serve as a resource for questions and concerns and oversees day to day activities.
• Effectively prioritize, follow-up skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Conduct cycle counts, track backorders and address inventory issues.
