About The Position

The Lead Lobby Ambassador serves as the hospitality leader for Rapport's workplace experience program across the Chicago portfolio. This role is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for tenants, guests, and visitors while overseeing daily lobby operations, amenity spaces, workplace programs, events, and service delivery. As the primary front-of-house representative, the Lead Lobby Ambassador partners closely with Property Management, Security, Engineering, and other service teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and elevated workplace environment. Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focused on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning and conference center management. Distinct from recruitment agencies, we do not engage in temporary contracts. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and workplace technology platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, concierge services, workplace experience, hotel operations, or premium customer service environments.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable first impressions.
  • Manage VIP visits, tenant requests, tours, and workplace hospitality initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and promote community engagement throughout the property.
  • Maintain readiness and presentation standards across lobby, conference, and amenity spaces.
  • Conduct routine inspections and coordinate resolution of operational, maintenance, and service-related issues.
  • Manage hospitality inventory, supplies, and workplace resources
