Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills required.
- Complete understanding and demonstrated proficiency of all area work tasks.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relation skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Will be required to stand and walk all the scheduled shift.
- Occasionally lifting 91 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in word processing, spread sheet, and computer data entry skills is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assists the supervisor in planning and monitoring daily workflow.
- Provides direction for staff to accomplish efficient flow of work.
- Assists with orientation and training of new employees.
- Maintains expertise in all aspects of area activities and performs technical duties according to written policies and procedures.
- Monitors QA/QC activities, the physical environment, and participates in continuous improvement.
- Completes other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
