The Lead Line Cook at Old Piney Dell, located at Rock Creek Resort, will be responsible for preparing daily preparation requirements, maintaining par levels, and preparing new menu items under the direction of a supervisor. This role involves ensuring attractive and consistent presentations of food items, supervising line cooks to monitor quality, and accommodating customer requests. The Lead Line Cook will also be responsible for setting up, re-stocking, maintaining, and cleaning food preparation areas, conducting product inventories, ordering and receiving product, and ensuring team adherence to grooming, sanitation, and safe food handling standards. Additionally, this position oversees all opening and closing kitchen procedures.
