The Role As a Lead Line Cook, you support the culinary team by preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards while helping guide other line cooks during busy service periods. You ensure your station runs efficiently, food is prepared correctly, and kitchen operations stay organized.

Requirements

  • Experience as a line cook
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Calm under pressure, quick on your feet
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • Pride in your craft and a desire to grow
  • Flexible to work any shifts of the week including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service
  • Assist with training and guiding line cooks during shifts
