The Lead Line Cook at Dacotah Dining will competently utilize all kitchen stations, assume a leadership role in the kitchen, and assist the Chef de Cuisine. This role is responsible for all food produced by the kitchen, assisting with food and labor cost control, and providing training and guidance to kitchen staff. The Lead Line Cook will also motivate kitchen staff, ensure they remain productive, and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $23.50 - $46.76 per hour, working afternoon, evening, late night shifts, and weekends.
