Lead Lifeguard

About The Position
This position is responsible for performing lifeguard functions related to swimming and safety and overseeing basic order in the facility. Serve in lead lifeguard capacity backing up staff as needed, resolution of customer service issues, and opening/closing the aquatics area. The primary focus of the Lead Lifeguard is the safety of the guests.
Requirements
- American Red Cross lifeguard certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- AED certification
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma
- At least one year's experience supervising lifeguards in a municipal pool setting
- One year of experience teaching learn-to-swim or aqua aerobics
- LGI (Lifeguard Instructor) certification
