The Lead Life Skills Coach is a great opportunity for a strong DSP, CBDS, or human services professional who is ready to grow into a leadership role while staying closely connected to the individuals we support. This role combines hands-on work with adults with Autism with increased responsibility for helping coordinate day-to-day program operations. The Lead provides direct support through planning and facilitating groups, building meaningful relationships with individuals, and supporting skill development in the community. The role also helps coordinate staff schedules and coverage, group logistics, and overall program flow to support a high-quality, engaging CBDS program. Working closely with the VP and Director of ASD Services, this position offers a clear next step for someone looking to build leadership experience, take initiative, and make a meaningful impact each day.
