About The Position

Ellie Mental Health is establishing a new location in Franklin and is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their inaugural team. This role involves supervising other therapists while also managing a personal caseload. It is considered a senior-level position with potential for advancement to Clinic Director. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Weekly supervision of other therapists
  • Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
  • Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
