Requirements
- Active Esthetician license (state-required)
- Proven retail and in-room upgrade performance
- Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Professional, reliable, and team-driven
- Liability insurance required
Responsibilities
- Act as our spa's lead / trainer and ensure the team is meeting its goals
- Perform high-quality facial and skincare services while consulting with clients and build personalized treatment plans
- Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
- Build long-term client relationships through education and results
- Lead others, mentor and earn what you’re worth
- Help fellow LEs learn new protocols, improve their client outcomes and guide a team to being the best esthetics team in PCB
