Requirements

  • 2+ years of CSR experience (lead-level or senior CSR preferred)
  • Home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Strong communicator, confident on the phone, and quick on the keyboard
  • Dependable, punctual, and solution-driven
  • A go-getter attitude with strong leadership and team spirit

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceTitan experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and inspection appointments
  • Helping customers with products, services, memberships, and more
  • Handling questions and routing them to the right department when needed
  • Following up on open estimates, quotes, and membership renewals
  • Keeping detailed and accurate customer records
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
