As a Lead Learning Experience Designer (LED), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and adapting high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. The role demands strong learning experience design knowledge, excellent program development and project management skills, and hands-on fluency with AI tools and emerging workplace technologies. The goal is to create practical, outcome-driven learning experiences that enable learners to build and confidently apply relevant skills in real workplace contexts. While AI is a significant component, the core responsibility is to create scalable, high-quality GA programs that meet learner needs, client goals, market expectations, and GA’s instructional standards. You will manage projects and collaborate with a variety of experts and teams to create learning experiences that reflect current market needs, emerging capabilities, and practical workplace application.
