Lead Laundry Associate – Willow Valley Communities Join a Team That Cares About You! In this role, you’ll step into any laundry function as needed, support smooth daily operations, and act as the team lead in the supervisor’s absence. What You’ll Do As the Lead Laundry Associate, you will: Must be able to interact cordially and professionally with Residents, guests and Team Members. Checks with Laundry Supervisor for any special instructions or assignments. Fills in for absent Team Members. Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment. Periodically inventories supplies and equipment. Investigates new and improved laundry instruments and methods. Operates box truck and/or fork lift. Assists in inventory and supply ordering. Fills bottles with cleaning chemicals. Check for proper labeling of bottles. Completes appropriate documentation. Assists in stocking shelves, monitoring storage areas and taking inventory. Assists in the training of new Te What You Bring At least 6 months of commercial laundry experience A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (highly recommended) A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic Flexibility to assist in various laundry roles as needed Schedule & Hours 40 hours/week Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm Location Millwood of Willow Valley Communities 480 Millwood Rd, Willow Street, PA 17584

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of commercial laundry experience
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (highly recommended)
  • A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to assist in various laundry roles as needed
