LEAD Lab Technician - Optical Manufacturing (F/T 3-day schedule)

Their optical manufacturing facility in Plano, TX is growing and expanding, offering new positions and additional shifts for career growth. This position is for an experienced Lead lab technician to join the team, requiring prior relevant experience. The evening shifts work 3 days/week with 4 days off, with specific hours for 2A Shift (Sundays-Tuesdays, 3:30pm - 4:00am) and 2B Shift (Wednesdays-Fridays, 3:30pm - 4:00am). The role includes base pay plus a 10% shift differential pay and extra bi-weekly bonus opportunities, along with a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of direct or related experience
Must be able to read and write English

Prior optical background with mass production experience
