About The Position

Advanced Facilities is a leader in facility management, dedicated to keeping businesses running smoothly. We are seeking a Lead Cleaner in Holmen, WI, to join our team. This is a daytime cleaning position where the Lead Cleaner will oversee the cleaning operations for common areas in a Senior Living Facility.

Requirements

Prior experience in custodial or commercial, medical grade cleaning required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Have a reliable vehicle.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Drivers License Required

Responsibilities

Oversee & perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
Assist with periodic floor care such as buffing and waxing.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain entrances, patios, smoking areas, and trash enclosures free of litter and debris.
Empty and clean outdoor waste receptacles.
Remove graffiti as needed.
Perform seasonal power washing of entrances and outdoor surfaces.
Clean and disinfect all restroom fixtures, partitions and touch points.
Restock designated dispensers and consumables according to facility requirements.
Replace sharps containers as required.
Remove waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean and disinfect trash containers, chute doors, and surrounding surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of waste storage rooms.
Clean and sanitize tables, seating, appliances, counter tops, sinks, cabinets, and laundry equipment.
Refill dispensers, empty lint traps, and maintain flooring.
Perform periodic deep cleaning.
