Requirements

Experience as a shift leader
Minimum 1 year of experience
Very good communication skills - must speak English
Willingness to work assigned hours
Must be able to crouch, bend, climb, and reach arms overhead
Must be able to lift, move, and use containers with water, cleaning liquids, and germicidal agents
Must be able to lift and use a wet mop and other cleaning equipment
Work outdoors in all changing weather conditions of the geographic area
Stand or walk, sit, crouch, or kneel

Responsibilities

Oversees cleaning and maintenance operations
Ensures cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards
Provides leadership to a team of matrons
Oversees daily cleaning tasks
Maintains supply inventory
Trains staff
Ensures the delivery of high-quality service
Leads the shift
Cleans and disinfects restrooms
Sweeps, mops, and buffs floors
Cleans entrances, reception areas, and lobbies
Cleans and disinfects light switches
Cleans kitchen and lounge areas, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, toasters, and refrigerators
Dusts surfaces
Dusts high places
Disinfects all toilets, sinks, partitions, walls, etc.
Vacuums all carpets on the property
Cleans windows and blinds
Cleans light fixtures, baseboards, etc.
Occasionally trains new employees
