About The Position

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement of securities operations team. This role acts as a key point of coordination across trading, bond accounting, and safekeeping services, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues with designated team, and driving process enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, and client experience. Collaborates with the department supervisor to advance team development, improve operational efficiencies, and contribute to a high-performing, continuously improving work environment.

Responsibilities

Experience with institutional fixed income safekeeping and portfolio accounting processes, including settlement and custody operations, strongly preferred.
Leading by example in delivering exceptional service, cultivating trust with customers and team members through proactive, professional, and results-oriented communication.
Ensures the timely and accurate capture of trading activity, payments, and pledging within core systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational reliability.
Ensures the integrity, organization, and accessibility of customer records, supporting operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.
Collaboration with trading support and portfolio accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely data input, supporting consistency across systems and processes.
Drives the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of customer reporting, ensuring deliverables meet high standards and support effective client communication and decision-making.
Maintains effective relationships with custodians, including the Federal Reserve and Bank of New York, to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and payments.
