In alignment with the College’s mission and Strategic Plan, “Excellence in Action,” the Lead Institutional Research Analyst will serve as a senior individual responsible for leading complex research projects, designing advanced analytical methodologies, and ensuring institutional data integrity. The Lead Analyst will champion data-informed decision-making across the college and coordinate large-scale reporting efforts. This position is a member of the Institutional Research team and works collaboratively with all divisions and college partners. This position may be eligible for full-time remote work on the condition the employee resides in the state of North Carolina. This position will have an expected presence at certain required in-person college events/activities throughout the year. This position may have occasional travel between campuses and for training. Occasional after hours may be required. Some evening and weekend work may be required for departmental events and meetings.
