About The Position

Under the direction of the Installation Manager, the Lead Installer is responsible for supervising and executing the installation of custom-made countertops, tiles, and various other applications for retail customers and new home constructions with the help of an Associate Installer. This role is responsible for making sure all installations are done in accordance with the project design and specifications.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with installation
High School Diploma/GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to use power tools effectively
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.

Responsibilities

Oversee all installation jobs and ensure that they are completed within time frames
Digital Measure and install all Dekton, K&B’s, and HOT jobs.
Prepare and cut materials in the shop, as well as at the job sites
Solve any installation problems and monitor job repairs
Read and interpret architectural blueprints
Manage daily reports
Reports change/check orders and manage documents related to the installation before arriving at the location.
Load jobs and tools in the truck and carry them to the customers' location.
Inspect every job at the shop to ensure that meets our quality standards.
Responsible for getting the highest scores from our customers.
Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced
