About The Position
Closets by Design is experiencing steady growth and is immediately hiring qualified candidates for their Lead Installer Development Program. New installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of the company's product lines in a safe, quality manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn will progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. The company offers a real career path with a successful company of over 40 years.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer facing appearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Experience in construction or working with tools may help you progress through the program faster.
Responsibilities
- Learn the installation process of product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Progress through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.
