About The Position
Floorguard is seeking experienced concrete coatings installers to join our team as Lead Installers. This role involves leading a crew and managing job sites from preparation to final walkthrough. We are a trusted name in concrete coatings since 1994, manufacturing our own products and backing our work with a lifetime warranty. Requirements
- Concrete coatings experience (installed flake flooring for garages, basements, patios, or commercial spaces)
- Foreman experience (proven ability to lead a crew and run a job site from prep to final walkthrough)
- Clean license and background (a valid driver's license with a clean record)
- Driving experience (comfortable driving a sprinter van or box truck)
- Detail-oriented professional who takes pride in doing amazing work
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- A leader who thrives on exceeding expectations
