About The Position
Closets by Design is experiencing explosive growth and is immediately hiring 2 qualified candidates for our Lead Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer. Requirements
- Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Experience in construction or working with tools may help you progress through the program faster.
Responsibilities
- Learn the installation process of product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Progress through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer based on attitude, hustle, and ability to learn.
