About The Position

The Lead Information Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of technology-based processes and systems that support critical business operations. This role develops, implements, and manages technical solutions across multiple functional areas while ensuring the delivery of reliable, cost-effective, and secure IT services. The position serves as a key liaison between Information Systems and business stakeholders, partnering with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for technology improvements, recommend solutions, and support long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will help define and implement IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of 6 years of Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Development, Infrastructure, or related experience.
Demonstrated experience leading technology initiatives and providing technical direction.
Experience working in complex, multi-user environments supporting enterprise business applications.
Strong knowledge and experience with: Networking technologies, Server and desktop environments, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Systems analysis, configuration, and implementation, Software development and testing methodologies, Technology architecture and infrastructure planning, Enterprise applications and business systems.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and recommendations to team members and Information Systems management.
Ensure adherence to established IT standards, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and support of technology solutions that improve business performance.
Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology investments.
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify requirements and develop effective technology solutions.
Analyze, design, review, and modify system specifications, configurations, and software solutions.
Develop and maintain coding standards, implementation plans, and testing methodologies.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal customers regarding products, services, and technical strategies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support future technology initiatives and strategic planning.
Develop and execute integrated testing plans and support system implementations.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and project management activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
